Gunmen suspected to have carried out an attack on the offices of French satirical magazine, Charlie Hebdo, which left 12 people dead and 11 others injured on Wednesday, have been heavily surrounded by police men inside a printing house northeast of Paris Friday morning.
The gunmen appeared to be holding at least one person hostage in the building.
According to French officials, hundreds of French security forces backed by a convoy of ambulances stormed into Dammartin-en-Goele, a small town 25 miles outside the capital in an operation to capture the men suspected of carrying out what is now described as France’s first major terror attack in 54 years.
The officials further said that there were four people inside the printing house when the gunmen went inside, but three managed to escape.
