At most polling units across the state, vote counting is currently ongoing while voting is gradually coming to an end in the few remaining centers.
On the average, results announced at polling units show the PDP leading in areas considered to be its stronghold and the APC leading in its own areas of strength too.
Although it is yet inconclusive, on the aggregate, APC appears to be leading so far in the overall tally of votes.
