Anthony Akaeze, a senior assistant editor at TELL, Nigeria’s leading news magazine has been nominated for an award by the African Media Leaders Forum. Akaeze is one of the three nominees for the infrastructure reporting category. The category is one of the about 12 categories for the award.
But Akaeze is not the only nominee from Nigeria. There is also Oketola Adedayo of The Punch newspaper. The latter is nominated for the energy category. The award is known as Zimeo “Excellence in Media” Awards and the ceremony is scheduled to hold in South Africa between November 11 and 13th. Below is the comprehensive list of the finalists:
