Many polling units visited in Yola, capital of Adamawa State commenced voting by 9am even though voters arrived as early as 7:30 in the morning in some polling units. At Atiku Abubakar’s Ajya ward in Yola, voting did not start until about 9:05 when Atiku and his wife Titi arrived to cast their votes.

INEC officials arrived late to nearly all the polling units in the state capital.
