Even in death, Michael Jackson has continued to be a major force to be reckoned with in the global business of entertainment.

Five years after he passed away, the music legend is still raking in millions of dollars. According to Forbes list of “Top Earning Dead Celebrities,” the late artists’ songs made about $140 million in 2014, to give him the top spot on the list for the second year in a row.

2014 has no doubt been a good year for Jackson’s fans as the singer’s second posthumous album ‘Xscape’ was released and he also performed at the Billboard Music Awards in hologram-fashion.

Other late artists on Forbes “13 Top Earning Dead Celebrities,” is Elvis Presley, who earned a reported $55 million during the past year, cartoonist Charles Schulz with $40 million, Hollywood icon, Elizabeth Taylor with $25 million and Reggae legend Bob Marley with $20 million, among others.
