Justise Adebayo Akintoye of the Lagos State High Court sitting in Igbosere has adjourned the ongoing trial of alleged kidnapper Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike AKA Evans till March 22, 2019.
The adjournment came as a result of the absence of the accused person’s counsel, Olarewaju Ajanaku and Messrs Chino Obiagwu, SAN, at the court.
Obiagwu had written the court to seek further adjournment of the case. Evans is facing two counts alongside with Joseph Emeka,Victor Aduba and Ugochukwu Nwachukwu.
