Petroleum Minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke has announced a reduction in the pump price of petrol.
The Minister said government has reduced the price from N97 to N87 with immediate effect.
The price reduction, which some Nigerians have been calling for since the international price of crude oil fell in 2014, is now coming less than a month to the February 14 Presidential election.
