Akpabio and Amosun Step Down for Tinubu

Two aspirants have stepped down at the APC Primaries. They are Ibikunle Amosun, former governor of Ogun State and Godswill Akpabio, two time governor of Akwa Ibom State and former minister of Niger Delta. The two of them stepped down for Bola Tinubu, former governor of Lagos State.

He said he was doing that in spite of the fact that, judging from his antecedent including his performance as governor of Akwa Ibom, he eminently qualified to run a race for office of president.

But he said Tinubu has proved that he is a man of vision with his management of Lagos State.
