Reports from Delta State say there was delayed arrival of voting materials at Ward 5 in Aniocha North and the ad hoc staff to operate the BVAS did not show up at all at Unit 3 of the ward thereby greatly slowing down the electoral process.
And in Aniocha South, there was shortage of ballot papers at Unit 9, Ward One. Though 750 persons were accredited to vote, only 500 ballot papers were supplied to the polling centre/unit.
