Voters in some of these areas would be able to vote as long as they have been seen to have been present at the polling station ahead of the time prescribed. Once accredited the voter can perform his civic duty.
Professor Mahmood Yakubu, chairman of INEC had during his press conference this afternoon said that all those at the polling stations would be attended to before the exercise is wrapped up today.
