LaFarge Africa has announced plans to be listed on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, NSE.
The new company and the listing will create the platform for strong growth as the transaction allows the company to consolidate its Nigerian operation with that of South Africa, says Joe Hudson, MD, Lafarge Wapco.
