The Ife Business School, an institution that prepares individuals for careers in modern business, is set to hold its 2nd Distinguished Lecture and Award Series.
Titled, “The State of our Nation,” the lecture, which is scheduled to hold on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at the Conference and Guest Houses of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, will be delivered by Prof. Bolaji Akinyemi, a former minister for External Affairs.
The event, which will be graced by members of the academia as well as students drawn from various institutions across the country, is aimed at dissecting the current political and economic challenges confronting Africa’s most populous nation, Nigeria in the 21st century.
Other notable dignitaries expected to grace the event include, Julius Adelusi-Adeluyi, former minister for Health; Victor Adesimbo-Kiladejo, Osemawe of Ondo Kingdom and Titi Laoye- Tomori, Osun State deputy governor, among many others.
