\INEC appears to have improved in terms of spread of Polling units; ensuring that number of voters per unit are spread evenly.
Ease of location of polling unit has been assured using previous elections. Also, closeness or nearness to polling unit has also improved.

However, in aspect of dileneation, INEC needs to undertake more reviews. The street that borders Surulere and Mushin Local Government areas, Agunlejika Street, has provided a challenge in this regard. More people were registered to vote on the side of the ‘border street’ other than their own. In effect, outside the governor and president and perhaps the senator, they would end up voting for candidates different from those who are going to serve them come May 29.
