Some people who came from Ifo in Ogun State but were initially registered at Agege in Lagos passed the night around the neighborhood of the polling unit. They insisted that with or without the Card Reader, they must cast their votes.

But when the Card Reader began to function partially, those whose PVCs were not cleared by the machine were not allowed to vote.

At Ifako Junior Comprehensive Secondary School, Gbagada, the two polling units there had just a few voters.

As a result of low turnout on Devis Street, Alapere, Ketu, INEC officials prompted a man to go and mobilize those who went home before their arrival after waiting for a long time., to come back and cast their votes
